Focused tools for the work behind the work.

Skuvello builds software products, not a single application. Each one is designed around a specific, everyday problem. Our first product is Catalog.

Skuvello Catalog

Catalog is a platform for online shops that receive product data from suppliers. It imports the files as they arrive, structures them into your own store fields, checks every row and exports clean data your store can use.

It is built for small commerce teams who currently do this work in spreadsheets: shops with a handful of suppliers, no developer on staff and no appetite for an enterprise product information system.

Try it

Test the core workflow with your own supplier file.

Upload a CSV, map the columns, check the rows and download a file ready for the WooCommerce product importer. Everything happens in your browser: the file is never sent to a server.

Drop a supplier CSV here

CSV only, up to 2 MB and 2,000 rows. The file stays in your browser and is not uploaded.

The sample contains eight rows with typical supplier problems: a duplicate SKU, an empty product name, a price that is not a number, a decimal stock value and an invalid EAN.

Demo limitations. This is a preview of Catalog's core workflow, not the finished product. It reads CSV only, keeps everything in your browser, does not remember mappings between visits and exports for WooCommerce only. The full product adds Excel import, mapping memory per supplier, editing in place, more store formats and a history of imports.

How it works

From an inconsistent file to data you can trust, in four steps.

  1. 1

    Import

Upload the CSV or Excel file exactly as your supplier sent it. Catalog detects the delimiter, encoding and header row.

  2. 2

    Map

Connect supplier columns to your store fields. Catalog suggests a mapping and remembers it for the next delivery from that supplier.

  3. 3

    Check

Every row is validated: required fields, duplicate SKUs, invalid EANs, prices that aren't numbers. Fix values in place or skip rows.

  4. 4

    Export

Download a clean, consistently formatted file in the order your store expects, and keep a record of every import.

What Catalog does

Everything between the supplier file and your store.

The first release covers one complete workflow. Direct store integrations, pricing rules per supplier and comparisons between deliveries are on the roadmap and will be added as early users ask for them.

Any supplier file
CSV and Excel in the shape suppliers actually send them, including merged headers, mixed number formats and stray columns.
Mapping memory
Each supplier's mapping is stored. The second delivery takes a few minutes instead of an afternoon.
Validation before import
Problems are shown per cell with a plain explanation, before anything reaches your store.
Edit in place
Correct a price, fill a missing name or skip a row directly in the review table, then check again.
Export for any store
A clean file for Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed or any platform with a CSV import. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
History
Every import, who ran it, how many rows and errors, and the export that came out of it.
What Catalog is not. It is not a webshop, a point of sale or a full product information management system for large enterprises. It is the piece in between: getting supplier files clean before they reach your store.

Early access

Help shape the first version.

Catalog is live and currently free for early access users. Pricing will follow once the product has proven itself with real supplier files and real shops.

If you work with supplier product files, we'd like to hear from you. Early users get free access, direct contact with the founder and a real say in what gets built first. Request access below and we will invite you.

For example: every supplier uses different column names, prices arrive in the wrong format, or duplicates end up in the store.

Questions first? info@skuvello.com

Early access is free while Catalog is in its first version. Your request is stored on our server and emailed to info@skuvello.com; we use it only to contact you about Catalog. See our privacy statement.
