Who we are
A company built to take the complexity out of everyday work.
Skuvello is an independent software company from the Netherlands. We design and build software products for the routine, often invisible work that keeps a business running: the files that need converting, the data that needs checking, the steps that get repeated every week.
We believe that kind of work should take minutes, not afternoons. So we build focused tools, one clearly understood problem at a time, with the care usually reserved for the software people show off. Our first product, Catalog, is live now; more will follow as we find problems worth solving.
Independent
Our own products, on our own terms.
Focused
One problem, solved properly, per product.
Lasting
Built to be maintained, not to be launched.
Our software
Introducing Catalog, our first product.
A calmer way to turn supplier product files into clean data your store can import. Live now for early access users.
Supplier files in. Clean store data out.
Every supplier sends product data in a different shape. Catalog reads the file as it arrives, suggests how its columns map to your store fields, checks every row for missing values, duplicates and broken prices, and exports a clean file your store can import. The mapping is remembered per supplier, so the next delivery takes minutes.
- Import CSV and Excel files exactly as suppliers send them
- Map columns once; Catalog remembers the mapping per supplier
- Catch missing fields, duplicate SKUs and invalid prices before export
- Export a clean file in the format your store expects

How we build
Four principles behind every Skuvello product.
- 01
Start with the work, not the feature list
Before anything is designed, we look at how the work is actually done: the steps people repeat, the files they pass around, the places where things go wrong. Software that ignores this ends up adding a process instead of removing one.
- 02
Make the complex feel obvious
A good tool asks for a decision only when a decision is needed, chooses sensible defaults everywhere else and explains itself in plain language. Simplicity is the result of deliberate choices, not fewer features.
- 03
Check before it goes live
Most costly mistakes are small: a wrong price, a duplicate code, an empty field. Our software makes those visible before they reach a customer, and lets a person confirm the change.
- 04
Refine what people use every day
The screens someone opens fifty times a week deserve the most care. We keep improving the details that matter in daily use: speed, predictable behaviour and feedback you can trust.
The company
Small by design. Serious about the details.
Skuvello was founded by Dishano Sheombarsing and is developed within DKA Tech, a Dutch software company. Being small means every product gets the founder's full attention, from the first sketch to the way an error message is worded. It also means we only build what we can maintain well.
