Privacy statement

This statement explains which personal data skuvello.com collects, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Last updated on 22 September 2026.

1. Who is responsible

Skuvello is an independent software brand developed within DKA Tech, a company based in the Netherlands. DKA Tech is the controller for the personal data described in this statement.

Questions about your data: email info@skuvello.com.

2. Which data we collect and why

skuvello.com collects personal data only when you send it to us through one of the two forms on the site.

FormDataPurposeLegal basis
Contact formName, email address, subject, message, the time of sending and your IP addressAnswering your question or requestOur legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Early access formName, email address, company name, store platform, number of suppliers, your description of the problem, the time of sending and your IP addressContacting you about early access to Skuvello Catalog and understanding what to buildYour request to be contacted (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in product development

The IP address is used only to limit the number of submissions per visitor and to detect abuse. We do not use it to profile you.

3. Where the data goes

When you submit a form, two things happen:

  1. Your submission is stored in a file on the server that hosts skuvello.com. The file is not publicly accessible. This ensures your message is not lost if email delivery fails.
  2. A copy is emailed to info@skuvello.com, a mailbox operated for us by our hosting provider. If you request early access, you also receive an automatic confirmation email at the address you entered.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. The only parties that process it on our behalf is our hosting and email provider, Hostinger (hostinger.com). The server that runs this site and stores form submissions is located in France, within the European Union. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services on this site.

4. Cookies

skuvello.com uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the choice you make in the cookie notice, so we do not have to show it again. That is a strictly necessary setting and requires no consent. If we ever add a service that requires consent, we will update this statement and ask you first through the same notice.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages: until your question is answered and for at most 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing conversation.
  • Early access requests: until Skuvello Catalog is launched and you have been informed, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is earlier. After launch we keep the list for at most 12 months.
  • Copies in the mailbox follow the same periods and are deleted manually.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are validated on the server, protected against automated abuse (rate limiting and a hidden trap for bots) and stored outside the public part of the web server. Access to the server and the mailbox is limited to the founder and protected with strong passwords and, where the provider offers it, two factor authentication. Email in transit is encrypted (TLS) between our server and the mail server.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Send your request to info@skuvello.com; we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Changes

We update this statement when the site or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
