The story
Where Skuvello comes from.
Skuvello was founded by Dishano Sheombarsing and is developed within DKA Tech, a software company in the Netherlands. It started with a familiar observation: behind almost every business there is a layer of routine work that nobody chose and nobody enjoys. Converting files. Checking data. Entering the same information twice in two systems. Work that keeps the business running but never makes the headlines.
Most software aimed at that layer is either too small to help (a spreadsheet macro) or too large to adopt (an enterprise suite that takes months to implement). Skuvello exists to build the products in between: focused, carefully designed tools that a small team can start using in an afternoon.
The name Skuvello was chosen because it is short and distinctive. The mark is two leaves forming an S: growth, in two steps.

To develop software that makes complicated processes simpler, so businesses can work more efficiently and spend their time on what they are actually good at.

Four ideas that shape every decision.
Software should reduce work, not add it
If a tool needs a manual, a training session and a workaround, it has failed at its only job. We measure our products by how much they take off someone's plate.
One problem, solved properly
We would rather build one product that does a specific job very well than a platform that promises everything and does most of it adequately.
Clarity over cleverness
Plain language, predictable behaviour and sensible defaults. The most advanced thing about good software is usually how little you notice it.
Built to last
We only ship what we can maintain. Fewer features, kept in excellent condition, beat a long list that slowly rots.
The founder
Dishano Sheombarsing
Dishano founded Skuvello to build the kind of software he wanted to exist: calm, focused and respectful of people's time. He leads product design and development personally, which keeps decisions fast and the products coherent. Early users of Catalog work directly with him.
Developed within
DKA Tech
Skuvello is developed within DKA Tech, the Dutch software company that provides its technical foundation and business structure. Skuvello operates as an independent brand with its own products, roadmap and identity.
